At Island Group Administration Inc. we provide the every client with a team of experienced plan managers, who are trained to provide professional and personable service to employees. These service personnel will be assigned exclusively to a clients account. Island Group's administrative staff meets with client representatives as needed to discuss the self funded program, budgetary considerations, plan design, or any other aspect of the plan. In addition, Island Group's staff keeps clients informed of PPO development, hospital discounts, and other legal developments affecting self-funding on the state and national level. .

We conduct on site meetings as needed basis to discuss the program with employees, and reassured them that their benefits are secure.

At Island Group Administration Inc. we provide our clients with application forms, claim forms, provider enrollment forms, etc, (examples enclosed) that are user friendly and customizable, should this be desired. Above all, Island Group remains flexible to the needs of our clients and their employees.

Our Participating Provider (PPO) Network is a good illustration of the commitment we have to our clients and the service we provide. Island Group Administration Inc. has one of the largest PPO networks in New York and Long Island, and the largest in Suffolk county to date. Virtually all Long Island hospitals participate in the IGA network, and several of them are Island Group clients. Island Group Administration Inc. will continue to develop this network around the needs of its clients.

A recent annual review of Island Group's claims turnaround for all clients on claims not requiring additional information was 7-10 days. As a matter of public policy, we are audited annually and have received a 99.9% efficiency rating from nationally known consulting and auditing firms. This is far above the norm for TPA's nationally.
