We conduct on site meetings as needed basis to discuss the program with our client's employees, so that they can be reassured that their benefits are secure. At Island Group Administration Inc., we provide our clients with application forms, claim forms, provider enrollment forms, etc, (examples enclosed) that are user friendly and customizable, should this be desired. Above all, Island Group will remain flexible to the needs of the Our clients and their employees. Our Participating Provider (PPO) Network is a good illustration of the commitment we have to our clients and the service we provide. Island Group Administration Inc. has one of the largest preferred provider networks in New York and Long Island, and the largest in Suffolk county to date. Virtually all Long Island hospitals participate in the IGA network. Island Group Administration Inc. will continue to develop this network around the needs of its clients. A recent annual review of Island Group's claims turnaround for all clients, on claims not requiring additional information was 7-10 days. As a matter of public policy, we are audited annually and have received a 99.9% efficiency rating from companies such as Arthur Anderson & Company, William Mercer & Co and the Segal Company, all nationally well-known companies in the auditing and consulting field. This is far above the norm for TPA's nationally. Island Group Administration Inc. will continue to meet and or exceed this high standard of excellence for our clients At IGA we provide our clients with accurate, detailed reporting of exactly where their funds are utilized, and a wide array of detailed highly accurate utilization reports to meet their needs. We offer online capabilities to review all aspects of plan management from your Personnel Department. |
